If you are unable to file a claim, please email your package tracking number, TikTok Order ID, and insured package amount to claims@u-pic.com.
To File a New Claim:

Please answer the following questions to file a TikTok claim.

U-PIC only insures packages with labels generated through the TikTok Shop Seller Center. If your package was shipped with a label from a different provider, it is not insured by U-PIC at this time. Please contact your shipping carrier for further assistance.
Claims must be filed within 90 days from the ship date of the package. If you are filing a claim after 90 days from the ship date, your claim will likely be declined for a late file.
You must wait 15 days from the ship date before you can file a claim for loss. This claim can be filed early, however it will be held until the waiting period passes. The claim will be submitted for its 7-10 business day processing after the waiting period passes.
