- Clients that have a u-pic.com login can add new manifest records.
- All U-PIC clients can file new claims using the mobile app.
- All U-PIC clients can upload required documents for their claims.
- All U-PIC clients can use their Apple or Android device to take pictures of documents from their phone and upload the images.
