We're excited to introduce an expansion in our payment capabilities, offering you quicker and more convenient options to receive your claim payments. Bid farewell to waiting for paper checks. Our new ACH (Automated Clearing House) and eCheck options ensure rapid electronic claim payments directly to your account. ACH and eCheck payments streamline transactions, saving you valuable time and eliminating manual check deposits.

We're dedicated to continuously enhancing your claims journey. In line with this commitment, we're thrilled to introduce an upgraded feature to our electronic affidavit process, designed to elevate your claims experience to new levels of efficiency.

When filing a damage claim, your customers will receive our electronic affidavit, now featuring a convenient link. This link seamlessly connects them to our newly established upload portal, where they can effortlessly submit all necessary documents pertaining to the damaged shipment.

We are confident that this enhancement will significantly contribute to a smoother and more streamlined claims process, ultimately resulting in faster claims approvals and reducing unnecessary communication between you and your customers.
